School Uniforms

A diverse parent committee spent several weeks researching various options for our Lower and Middle School uniforms for next year. They did their best to take a variety of factors into account including price, style, convenience of acquisition, modesty, and several others as well.

Here is an outline of the uniform policy based on the parent committee recommendations:

GRADES 1-4 GIRLS:

Girls will wear a solid navy jumper or a solid navy skirt with either a white or light blue polo shirt (long or short sleeve), all of which must be purchased from In Unison Kids.

GRADES 5-8 GIRLS:

Girls will wear a solid navy skirt with either a white or light blue polo shirt (long or short sleeve), all of which must be purchased from In Unison Kids.

GRADES 1-8 BOYS:

Boys will wear solid navy school pants purchased from any vendor, with a choice of white or light blue polo shirts, in short or long sleeve, to be purchased from In Unison Kids.

PLEASE NOTE:

The only polo shirt not from In Unison that will be allowed will be a three-quarter length sleeve shirt (vendor link is available below) intended for the girls who do not wear short sleeves and who want something cooler than long sleeves for the spring and fall months.

Because In Unison puts a school logo on all shirts they sell, and the vendors selling the three-quarter length shirts do not, families purchasing the three-quarter length sleeve shirts will have to have the logo put on them after they are delivered. Option 1 - Order shirts, skirts, jumpers, or pants directly from In Unison Kids.

Option 3 - MHAFYOS Uniform Gemach

Qualified families will receive a uniform subsidy. In order to qualify, please fill out this Google Form. It is neccesary to complete this form for each student you are applying for, so please reload this page until you have completed the form for each student.

Please note that this program is for a one year period. After that time, the Gemach will depend on pre-owned uniforms donated by school families.
