The Mentor Program provides our high school students with opportunities to gain knowledge and hands-on experience in a field that interests them. Based on student career interests, juniors and seniors attend a schedule of programs presented by career professionals from the community. Phase two kicks off with a career fair during which community mentors connect with students interested in their particular career field. Student and mentor would meet monthly throughout the spring semester.
Participating students present their experiences at the culminating banquet at which the Mentor Program will select one student to receive a scholarship toward a Seminary/Yeshiva or university. For more information about the FYOS Mentor Program, please email firstname.lastname@example.org.
